Rare Find in this Condition

Starts and runs excellent. Very low miles for a 2008 with all the premium features, except this is 302hp 3.6L 6cyl...getting average gas mileage like most cars out there right now. Previous owner babied this car, changing oil and fluids before their due dates, and using Mobile1 Synthetic always. All maintenance records available, and I am following along with maintenance in the same way. NO accidents, no damage, no problems. Steers perfectly, which kept me out of trouble one recent time. The GPS, Bose Stereo, power features, suspension, and all the rest...make for a great driving experience. No rips, tears, smudges, etc. ...and kept garaged when not on the road. Rides smooth and has more than enough horsepower along with fuel efficiency for this category. The reason I'm posting this is because there is so much bad talk, and I'll bet that's due to other people's lack of care care. These can go to 200,000mi plus with proper services done and very little 'racing' or abuse. Someday collectible ?
